Steakhouse 71 is a new restaurant replacing The Wave…of American Flavors in Disney’s Contemporary Resort.

With Disney World’s 50th anniversary coming up in a few weeks, Disney just announced that Steakhouse 71 will be opening at the same time! We also got some sneak peeks at what the restaurant will look like, so do you want to take a look?
Steakhouse 71’s name is based on the year Disney World opened in 1971, and Disney describes its design style as “sleek yet comfortable,” with 70s design elements and nods to Florida heritage.

The restaurant design includes subtle hints of Orange Bird and orange groves throughout the space, so it might be fun to try and spot Orange Bird while you eat! Steakhouse 71 will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the menu is considered “family friendly.”

Steakhouse 71 is scheduled to open on October 1st, with reservations opening on September 16th, so mark your calendar if you want to be the first to dine in this new restaurant! Stay tuned for more information about this new restaurant and keep reading All Ears for all your Disney World news!
