The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is here, and with it comes a host of delicious desserts that we can try all festival long!
We’ve had some really amazing eats at the festival so far, but now we’re back at the Donut Box booth to try their latest additions — and we think they’re going to be big hits!
Every few weeks, the Donut Box changes up its Chef’s Donut of the Day (ironic that it changes every few weeks instead of each day, considering the name). Today, we stopped by to try out not one, but TWO new flavors!
First up is the Maple Bacon Donut for $5. It comes topped with little pieces of candied bacon and maple-flavored icing!
Inside, the filling is also maple-flavored. This was our favorite of the two doughnuts, we thought the flavors mixed really well together!
There’s also the new Cookies ‘n’ Cream Donut for $5, which comes topped with little Oreo pieces and sugary icing.
This one wasn’t as great as the Maple Bacon, simply because the flavors were less complex. It really just tasted sugary. But, your kiddos will probably love it!
Both donuts are yeast donuts, so keep that in mind before you head over to try them. We’ll make sure to keep checking in on the new flavors here as they change throughout the festival!
