Disney recently announced that its Magical Express transportation would be unavailable starting January 1st, 2022.
And although all Disney Cruises are currently suspended, many have wondered what the end of Disney’s Magical Express will mean for cruisers. Previously, the Magical Express offered transportation from the Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral, the cruise’s port of call. Now, options are a little less clear.
However, Disney recently announced that it will continue providing transportation to Port Canaveral from the airport and Disney resorts.
For $39 per guest, you can travel on a bus to and from Orlando International Airport and Port Canaveral. If you have a stay at Walt Disney World before or after your cruise, transfers are available between the airport, hotel, and port for an additional cost.
Transportation may include a motor coach, minibus, or taxi, depending on party size and arrival time. You can call (800) 951-3532 for more information about these transfers.
Don’t worry — Disney is not leaving Cruise Line passengers hanging! With the end of the Magical Express, these options will provide a new way to travel among the airport, Disney resorts, and port. Stay tuned to AllEars — we’ll keep bringing you more Disney news and updates!
