Walt Disney World is known for immersive entertainment and nostalgic characters come to life.
Guests visit the theme parks to ride Space Mountain, greet Mickey, and enjoy the shows. Our experience is enhanced by all the great snacks and meals! Over the years, Disney has created signature dishes that guests look forward to enjoying — and then recreating at home!
We compiled a list of recipes from fan-favorite restaurants so you can bring a bit of Disney magic into your home!
Magic Kingdom Dinner
For your dinner inspired by Magic Kingdom, we suggest trying the Royal Poulet entree. The dish is served at Cinderella’s Royal Table located inside the castle at Disney World. You can’t get much more authentic to Disney than that! The chicken is sauteed in garlic, tomato pesto, oil, and pasta. The dish is then topped with fresh feta cheese and chopped spinach.
Liberty Tree Tavern is one of the best restaurants in the Magic Kingdom and a place that Disney fans will visit repeatedly. The restaurant is inspired by traditional American cuisine with turkey, roasts, and potatoes on the menu. The famous dessert served here is the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake. A moist yellow cake is filled with semi-sweet chocolate and Heath Bar pieces, then topped with ice cream, toffee, and more chocolate pieces.

EPCOT Lunch
We’ve got your lunch all planned out for you! You should definitely consider whipping up a bowl of Cheddar Cheese Soup from Le Cellier Steakhouse. The soup is beloved by Disney fans! For the side, bake up the hearty Sunflower Seed Bread made with yeast flour and sunflower seeds. Then, smother your bread in the famous Orange Blossom Honey Butter, both from the crowd-favorite character experience, Garden Grill. The perfect pairing of soup, bread, and good butter!
Need more of a baking challenge? Try the Napoleon dessert from Boulangerie Patisserie less Halles. This is a fabulous dessert made with layers of Chantilly cream and puff pastry that will tie up your lunch nicely.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios Group Dinner
Hollywood Brown Derby, ’50s Prime Time Cafe, and Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant are three popular restaurants in Hollywood Studios. All three host menus full of infamous entrees and desserts. We suggest you start your family dinner with the simple (yet delish) BLT Soup from Sci-Fi then follow it with the hearty, crowd-favorite Mom’s Meatloaf from 50s Prime Time Cafe.
Finish your meal strong with the world-famous Grapefruit Cake from Brown Derby. This dessert is an absolute must-try at Hollywood Studios, and now you can impress your guests with your own version!

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Pot Luck
Animal Kingdom serves up unique dishes and desserts inspired by countries and cultures all over the world. It’s the perfect place to inspire your next versatile potluck! Guests who like a bit of spice will really love the Malay Lamb Curry taken from Tusker House. The flavorful curry dish is served best over a bed of jasmine rice.
Is your potluck going for more of a BBQ vibe? Try pairing your meats in the real BBQ sauce and BBQ rub inspired by Flame Tree Barbecue. Your smoky dishes would go great with a side of Cheesy Potatoes from Restaurantosaurus.

Disney World Resort Inspiration
If none of these recipes strike your fancy, Disney World resorts have a ton of goodies to offer as well! Strawberry Soup is a unique yogurt dish inspired by the 1900 Park Fare buffet item. You also can’t go wrong with the Beef Marinade used on the Sirloin Steak Skewers during dinnertime at ‘Ohana. And, if you’ve got a hankering for cheese, try the Tillamook Cheddar Mac and Cheese with Maytag Crust from Artist Point.
We hope that we’ve drummed up some cooking and baking inspiration for you! Any dish inspired by Disney is sure to bring a little magic to your homestead. Plus, you’ll totally impress your guests with recipes that come straight from the Most Magical Place on Earth!
