It’s the start of Halloween time so we can officially say that things have been strange and unusual in the theme parks recently. But, even though we’ve got our favorite spooky holiday just around the corner, there are still A Taste of EPCOT Food and Wine Festival happenings going on around the park!

This festival is combining elements of the Flower and Garden Festival and the Food and Wine Festival, and it will be the longest running EPCOT event that we’ve seen throughout the fall. Even though we’ve seen the return of many food booths from past festivals, there are no Eat to the Beat concerts or cooking demonstrations happening in the park.
Although we’ve seen Flower and Garden merchandise in AND out of the parks, we’ve been waiting for Food and Wine Festival to make its way into Disney World. And, we’ve got some great news for all you foodies out there since the Food and Wine items will officially make their way into EPCOT on September 1st!

During a media event today, we were able to find out that Food and Wine merchandise will be pop up at MouseGear at the beginning of September. However, there will also be a festival shop in the World Showplace, along with merchandise featured throughout the festival!

While the Annual Passholder Food and Wine Glasses have had staggered releases in the past, all of them will be arriving in the park on September 1st this year instead.

The pins will also only be in MouseGear at first, featuring the classic Chef Mickey and Figment. However, you can also spot new pins for the 25th anniversary with Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather, the Rescuers, and Alice at the Mad Hatter’s tea party!

Other unique pins with Disney foodies will be available in a limited release mystery package with Simba chowin’ down on some grubs, Duffy designing some treats, Jaq and Gus snagging some cheese, and more!

The Annual Passholder Pins this year are some REAL cuties with Mickey and Minnie serving up goodies in front of Spaceship Earth, and Figment using his colorful imagination for baking!

The Dooney and Bourke bags themed for the festival will not be dropping September 1st, but we did get a preview of what to expect when they do arrive in the park! The design has different eats and treats from around the festival, as well as Chef Mickey and Minnie looking as happy as ever to be back mixing up some snacks in EPCOT!

There will also be an Annual Passholder Dooney and Bourke Bag when the collection rolls out in stores with a crossbody, satchel, wallet, and other items. We also didn’t get the chance to see the new MagicBands for this year’s festival, but were told that there will be a Dooney and Bourke design and others when they arrive in the park.

This year, the Food and Wine merchandise will be featuring Figment, Brews, Mickey and Minnie, Annual Passholder, and 25th anniversary collections! As you start making your own inspired dishes at home, you can use the cutting board…

…Annual Passholder serving dish…

…Annual Passholder Plate…

…and even a mug and tumbler to sip a drink or two at home!

But, don’t forget to set them on one of the 4-pack coasters (especially if they’re THAT cute)!

While Annual Passholders have some adorable shirts and a hoodie (Olive to Cook too, Mickey!)…

…we’re in love with the new Figment line! Along with the colorful shirt…

…there’s a vibrant sweatshirt complete with rainbow sleeves…

…and the back filled with snacks, cooking utensils, and (of course) Figment!

You can also pair it with the matching leggings so you look like a dream walking around the World Showcase during the festival!

There are also plenty of goodies to keep in your kitchen like a Figment themed plate, cup, shaker, and even a magnet with measurements…

…as well as a teal trivet that has even more measurements on the back so you can make sure your recipes are perfect.

Speaking of measuring, there’s also a Figment Measuring Cups Set inside the adorable chef hat so you can add some Disney magic and imagination to your baking and cooking!

Mickey might be an awesome chef, but Minnie is the QUEEN of Cuisine with this new collection!

Although you can fancy an apron with pockets for your cooking utensils…

…you can also put on the matching lavender tank top to wear in the parks!

As you’re the queen in your own kitchen, be sure to use the oven mitt…

…and dish towel to serve up your creations.

You can host your family and friends using the Queen of Cuisine Glassware with cups and bowls…

…or carry around some water and iced coffee in the Queen of Cuisine Water Bottle and Tumbler on the go!

There’s also some cuties like inspired pins and a keychain that you can take with you on your adventures during the Food and Wine Festival!

As we celebrate the 25th anniversary, there are so many goodies you can snag this year in between your visits to the food booths!

You can fashion a new tee or a tie-up shirt…

…or put on a new accessory like the Brews Hat and Pins!

Even after you leave the Food and Wine Festival, you can celebrate “25 years of cheers” at home with multiple glasses and serving boards!

This year during Remy’s Ratatouille Hide and Squeak Scavenger Hunt, guests will be able to grab an adorable new water bottle as the prize for helping Remy find his ingredients hidden around the Showcase!

But, if you’re craving even MORE of our furry friend (and cooking genius), you can purchase a Remy themed water bottle and shaker to take home with you too!

For the 25th anniversary this year, there will be 20 food booths (!!!) to snack and sip at during the festival. Plus, a brand NEW mac and cheese spot will be making its way to EPCOT for the milestone anniversary! Although we’ll keep giving you a look at everything new happening in Disney World, we will also look out for new goodies coming to EPCOT and the other parks!

Disclosure: We were invited by Walt Disney World to attend the media preview of EPCOT’s Food and Wine. This did not affect our reporting of the event — our opinions are our own.
Love, love. Wish I could park hop to pick up some merch and enjoy a dinner. We are going for a week, but decided Epcot wasn’t worth the time. Not enough rides, we aren’t comfortable in the movies. They really should have figured out a way to stay open till 9, by letting anyone with a dining reservation after 7 Park hop into Epcot for dining and shopping. It’s a unique place, I’m sure we were not the only guests who used to head over to dine Epcot after spending the day at another park.
