Earlier today, Tokyo Disneyland announced that they will “remain closed” despite Japan lifting their state of emergency earlier this month.
However, another theme park in Japan just announced their own reopening.
Universal Studios Japan has announced that they will be reopening on June 19th to the general public, which will be preceded by preview days for Annual Passholders.
On their official website, the park notes that guests will be required to wear face masks at all times, with temperature screening upon entry, and physical distancing required within the parks.
These health and safety measures are all similar to what will also be implemented at Universal Studios in Orlando, which is due to open to the public later this week, on June 5th.
