Challenge #454 Where in the world is this?

I have debated with myself all year about using this photo, because I’m afraid it’s too hard. But! I’m hoping with the way I cut it and a hint, it’ll be doable. Because the idea is to have fun and see interesting Disney details, not aggravate you. So:

Switching parks again! Now who would have these styles of clothes in artwork on their boulevard? You can give me a general description of it and what park if you want. Like if it was a hot air balloon with art for American ______, you can say hot air balloon in ______ park. If you know or find out it’s a hot air balloon for American ______ on ______ street in ______ park, obviously that’s great too!

By the way, it’s not a hot air balloon. 😉
