Recipe Mustard Sauce Teppan Edo Japan – Epcot

Yield: 10 servings


1 ounce Onion
1/2 ounce Mustard (dry powder)
3/4 ounce Sesame Seeds (roasted)
4 fluid ounces Soy Sauce
1 fluid ounce Vegetable Oil
6 fluid ounces Water
1 fluid ounce Heavy Cream

Method of Preparation:

1. Place onion, mustard, sesame seeds, soy sauce, vegetable oil and water in blender.

2. Blend (puree) all ingredients at high speed until well blended.

3. Add heavy cream just before serving (stir into sauce, do not use blender).
