My family and I love this restaurant. We try to go here every time we attend a Holiday party so that we can sit down and fill up with some delicious food before a long night of fun.

Ate there for lunch and the place was empty. My wife and I felt that even though the food was good the portions were small. Our wiater was funny and woudld stop by once in a while to see how we were doing and tell a joke. Our bill came to almost $95.00 which I thought was high for what we got. We both left there hungry and went over and got a dole whip.
Pros:
Atmosphere humorCons:
pricy and small portionsReviewed by Oshun59 Review Date: 09/28/2025

We traveled with a service dog & they were super kind & accommodating. The food was good & the waiter had lots of funny jungle cruise style puns. It's a little pricey but we had the dining plan so it was fine
Pros:
Alot of fun & the food was goodCons:

Our party of four adults ate here on August 24th of 2024. We had never been here before and were hoping that we might find it a go-to table service location for future visits. In our opinion, the Magic Kingdom restaurant choices are a bit lackluster and a reliably good place to eat would be welcome. Although not spectacular, Skipper Canteen was good enough to merit consideration the next time we are lucky enough to visit WDW.
The theming fit well with the Jungle Cruise vibe and our server was engaging with an appropriately corny sense of humor. It felt like our "captain" on the Jungle Cruise ride followed us to the restaurant to be our server.
The appetizers we ordered were the "secret" menu bread, the Jungle Green salad, and the Cachapas. The bread was the stand out here and the mixed greens appealed to the salad junkie in our party. The Cachapas were OK, but we all thought they could be a bit more flavorful.
Our two less adventurous diners ordered the Dr. Falls Signature steak. They got more than they bargained for because the seasoning was a little bolder than they expected. However, they both enjoyed it and said they would order it again if they ate here in the future. The sustainable fish was sea bass and it was excellent. The ginger lemon grass broth really complimented the fish. Our father ordered the Baa Baa lamb chops (which sadly no longer seem to be on the menu) and thoroughly enjoyed them.
We ordered three of the desserts; the Coconut Bar, the Kangaloosh!, and the lime panna cotta. The Coconut bar was so-so, but the two others were better than we expected. All of us said we would order the Kangaloosh on future visits.
Probably the most disappointing element of the meal were the cocktails. We tried all four on the menu and they were all a miss for us. We also tried a glass of the Spice Route Chakalaka and were underwhelmed. Like the cocktails, it was a little too sweet for us.
Overall, we enjoyed our meal here and would definitely try it again. However, we are still searching for the holy grail of Magic Kingdom eateries.
Pros:
1) The atmosphere and the service were appropriate to the theming. 2) Most of the dishes were very good with a wide range of available flavors.Cons:
1) Picky eaters may struggle here. 2) The cocktail menu could have been more inspired.Reviewed by KyleM Review Date: 02/16/2024

I ate here in 2021 and really enjoyed it. Just ate here again in Oct 2023, and while the service was great, the food was cold and underwhelming. I had the hangar steak. Aside from being cold, it needed a sauce of some kind. Also, it was served on a bed of (cold) fries that were no different than the usual quick service fries. To be fair, the people I was with seemed to enjoy their entrees more than I enjoyed mine.
