This ride is spectacular and a good one for the whole family even if they don’t like frozen. There have been a few times where I have waited an hour but that doesn’t spoil the magic. I definitely recommend this ride.
Pros:
Adorable animatronics and it is all in air conditioning.Cons:
Line often is long and moves fairly slow.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 04/11/2020

I always have a great time on this attraction. There have been a few times where I have waited in hour or more waits but that doesn’t affect the magic. The animatronics are adorable and very detailed. I wouldn’t wait more than like an hour and a half but this is a great one for anyone in the family even if hey don’t like frozen.
Pros:
Cute animatronics and it is mostly all in air conditioning.Cons:
Line often gets very long.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 04/09/2020

As 2 adults with no kids, we were not sure this would be up our alley. However, (using Molly’s tips) we got a secondary fastpass for Frozen Ever After. We got through the line and on the ride within 10 minutes. We were so pleasantly surprised, it is such a cute ride, and a great way to beat the heat (especially if you are in front and get splashed). We were so happy we went on. I would not reccomend waiting over and hour which at times I saw people entering the queue for. But I saw many times of the day when it was down to a half hour even and it is definitely worth it for then especially if you have a frozen fan
Pros:
Cute theme, two little dipsCons:
No cons really, just not worth over an hour queue I think. Time it well and wait for a shorter timeframeReviewed by amysherman3 Review Date: 03/30/2020

One of the best dark rides at WDW. I was a little skeptical, but they made great use of the original Maelstrom track. I probably would have liked it no matter what because I love Frozen, but Disney really knocked it out of the park with this one. Wonderful use of the soundtrack and incredible animatronics. The line can be long, but the queue area has fantastic theming (look for Oaken). Has some mild thrills. The ice palace scene is nothing short of magical. A must do.
Pros:
-great use of Frozen characters and music -charming ride with mild thrills -great repurposing of Maelstrom track and boatsCons:
-long lines -a little shortReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 03/30/2020
