Everyone, get excited, it’s officially time to start preparing for the spookiest time of year at the Most Magical Place on Earth.

Earlier in the week, Disney released the first announcements about this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! And today, we are going over all the changes you can expect this year, so let’s dive into the spooky fun!
This year’s event will take place on select nights from August 7th to October 31st, 2026! Tickets officially go on sale on May 12th, but if you’re staying at a Disney World hotel, you can purchase tickets beginning on May 5th. Now that we’ve gone over the basics, let’s get into those changes!

1. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Brand NEW Stitch Show
This year will be getting an all-new Stitch experience! Stitch and his friends Lilo and Angel will be hosting an ever-changing dance party masquerade at the Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland.

After finding Lilo’s costume trunk, Stitch decides to try on costumes and accessories throughout the night. And each costume change causes the theme to swap, making for an unforgettable dance party! So if you’re a Stitch fan, you’ll have to head over to Tomorrowland for all the fun!
2. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary New Merch!
Next up, in the announcement craze, we also received a sneak peek at this year’s merchandise! Let’s get into the spooky, scary new items. First up, this long sleeve!
Ooohh! We LOVE this design! With Vampire Mickey and Witch Minnie in their Halloween best, as well as appearances by the Sanderson Sisters and Oogie Boogie? If this design is any indication, this year’s event is going to be spooktacular!

We also got this adorable hat featuring Vampire Mickey, looking oh so scary in his Halloween costume.

Then this shirt with Vampire Mickey and Witch Minnie standing on either side of the spooky Halloween Cinderella Castle with the Not-So-Scary logo underneath.

Moving away from clothes, we’ve got the cutest little Vampire Mickey keychain, the perfect addition to your spooky night.

Then we’ve got a small picture frame featuring our scary favs, the perfect souvenir to take home and fill with a picture from your night of spooky fun!

Now, what merch drop would be complete without a Christmas ornament? Of course, you need some spooky fun to celebrate on your Christmas Tree.

Last up, we are getting more Vampire Mickey love with this iconic mug.

If you love Mickey in his fun costume, the merch is in no short supply!
3. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary New Food!
So far, Disney has announced three food items for this year’s event. And while they are all returning favorites, we expect a huge list of new items coming closer to the event’s first date. Let’s get into everything we know so far!

First up, go to Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe, where you’ll be able to get the Minnie Witch Hat!

This fun snack is a chocolate cookie topped with peanut butter mousse, milk chocolate ganache, and buttercream.

Next up, the Bowl of Bones, which is wings fried with fresh jalapeños tossed in Coca-Cola Cherry barbecue sauce. This will be returning to The Friar’s Nook this year.

Lastly, you can grab the Buzzard Wings, chicken wings tossed with grilled onions, jalapeños, and lime, returning at Peco’s Bill’s Tall Tale Inn & Cafe!

So far, these are the only snacks that have been released. However, every year Disney releases a Foodie Guide to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. Last year’s guide came out in late July and included over 60 items, so we can expect something similar from this year’s guide!

This is everything we know so far about this year’s event, but sign up for our newsletter so you can receive the updates as soon as they are released! And stay tuned with AllEars so you never miss anything!
