Who’s ready to ring in 2026 with us?!

It has been a very fun year in Disney World, and now we’re excited to see what 2026 has in store! Of course, Disney celebrates New Year’s Eve BIG every year, and we’re taking you along to check out this year’s fireworks.
Each year, Magic Kingdom typically offers New Year’s Eve celebratory fireworks on both December 30th and 31st. This year, they’re showing at 7:30 PM and 11:50 PM both days.

We stopped by to check out the first fireworks show on December 30th, and it was PACKED. The parking lots at the Transportation and Ticket Center were nearly full by 2 PM. When we found our spot for the fireworks around 6 PM, there was only room available in Frontierland and Tomorrowland. We had gotten a notification of this around 5 PM from the My Disney Experience app.

The best view of the show and projections is in front of Cinderella Castle in the hub or on Main Street, U.S.A., though you can see the fireworks themselves from many places around the park.

This show features a fun display, a 10-second countdown,…

…and then a huge finale to ring in the New Year that you can ONLY see two days a year.

Happy New Year from Magic Kingdom…a little bit early!

And if you’re heading over to EPCOT, they’re celebrating as well! EPCOT has its own New Year’s fireworks on December 31st at 11:54 PM. While Hollywood Studios will also host a New Year’s Countdown Fireworks show on December 31st at 11:57 PM.

We’ll be on the lookout for any other special offerings to kick off 2026, so stay tuned.
Keep following AllEars for more fun from Disney World.
