Disney World to Cut Annual Passholder Perk Next Week

Annual Passholders at Disney World get several perks for paying for their yearly ticket. If you purchase the pricey annual pass, you get discounts on rooms, complimentary parking, dining discounts, and more. It can definitely pay to splurge on one of these Disney World passes.

However, none of the Passholder benefits are guaranteed. Disney may add or take away from the benefits, perks, and discounts at any time. Back in November, we were surprised by the addition of a Passholder perk. While we were excited to hear that this popular perk was coming back for a limited time, it’s now nearly time to say goodbye.

Disney had announced in November that THREE Annual Passholder magnets would return for you to grab, in case you missed them on their original release. If you’re not familiar, Annual Passholder magnets are free souvenirs that become available throughout the year, and these things are COVETED by passholders.

Passholder magnets are a cute way to show off your pass and love for Disney. They are some of the very few free souvenirs you can get from the Disney parks, and we always grab them. They are fun to display on your fridge, on your car, or just about anywhere.

Ray Annual Passholder Magnet

Luckily, if you missed the 2024 Stitch, Hei Hei, and Timon and Pumba magnets, Disney brought them back! You can grab them now at Discovery Trading Company in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. However, these guys will be going away again SOON. They are only available until December 19th (that’s only ONE week away!!). Then Disney will be cutting the magnet perk for the remainder of 2025.
