The holidays are arriving in Disney faster than Santa’s reindeer and we’re already hurriedly prepping our outfits for the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party of the season. But, if you were keeping an eagle eye out while scoping out this year’s holiday-exclusive treats and sips, you might have noticed one glaring detail that Disney didn’t seem to shy away from sharing.

Okay, Disney fans, did Disney World just release an interesting hint about an upcoming snack stand? While scrolling through the brand-new holiday treats and snacks that Disney just announced, something immediately caught our attention. Among the long list of returning seasonal treats and limited-time goodies, there was one little mention that might mean more than it seems.

In the list of where to find all those delicious snacks, Disney quietly name-dropped AstroFizz (the new futuristic drink spot coming to Tomorrowland) as one of the locations offering an exclusive holiday item.

Now, if you’re anything like us and have been keeping up with its updates, you know Disney World still hasn’t officially announced an opening date for AstroFizz. We’ve seen its construction, got an official name announcement from Disney, and they’ve even hinted at the space-themed beverages and snacks that’ll be served there.

But as of now, there’s been no opening date revealed beyond Disney World announcing it will be coming soon. So the fact that it’s listed among active holiday food locations seems to tighten up our timeline of how soon this snack stand could officially open. Could this mean we’re finally about to see AstroFizz open its doors just in time for the holiday season?

Since Disney World officially confirmed its addition to the holiday exclusives lineup, this probably means we’ll see it open around November 7th, right in time for the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party’s debut.

Disney doesn’t usually include locations in their foodie guides unless those spots are going to be open during the event timeframe. So if AstroFizz is listed as a place to find a specific treat, that could be a pretty solid hint that it’ll be operational soon. Although Disney World may plan to quietly debut AstroFizz just before or during that first party night, which would be a perfect way to launch a new location while excitement (and crowds) are already high.

In either case, this means we’re only days away from sipping those galactic concoctions we’ve been waiting for since AstroFizz was first teased. The question is — what’s going to be on the full menu, and will those new snacks be worth the hype? Based on the teases and early descriptions, we’re expecting some space-themed refreshers, chewy churros, and plenty of that Tomorrowland flair.

So while Disney hasn’t officially confirmed anything (yet), that one little line in the foodie guide might just be the biggest hint we’ve had so far. Because let’s be honest — if Disney really did just drop a hint, it’s one we’re more than happy to take.
