A Dream Job Is Finally Open on Disney Cruise Line – Now’s Your Chance!

Have you ever dreamed of being friends with one of your favorite Disney characters? If you answered YES, there’s a huge opportunity you can’t miss!

In the Disney parks, you can meet tons of your favorite characters, but did you know that meet and greets are also available out at sea on Disney Cruise Line cruises? If you’ve dreamed of that incredible opportunity, there’s a new job offering through Disney Cruise Line you need to check out right now!

The official Disney auditions Instagram just released some exciting news — this October, auditions for Disney Cruise Line character performers, vocalists, and dancers are being held in Honolulu, Hawaii on October 21st and 22nd, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on October 27th and 28th, and in Melbourne, Australia on October 30th and 31st.

When you go to their website to get more information, they go on to say that they hire versatile performers for their entertainment offerings, which include meet-and-greets, production shows, special events, and more. One of the specific look-alikes they’re looking for is for the role of Okoye, the leader of the Dora Milaje. This actor must be of a similar look and vocal quality, and must be willing to shave their head.

Additionally, Disney Cruise Line is searching for Mainstage Vocalists, who will partake in 8 weeks of rehearsal in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and six months on board the ship. Specifically, DCL is seeking:

• Female Presenting Roles ranging in age from 20 to 35 years old to portray characters such as Anna, Anne Marie, Ariel, Belle, Cinderella, Elsa, Fairy Godmother, Mary Poppins, Mamà Imelda, Meg, Merida, Moana, Mrs. Potts, Princess Jasmine, Princess Tiana, The Muses, Pocahontas, Rafiki, Rapunzel, and many more
• Male Presenting Roles ranging in age from 20 to 35 years old to portray characters such as Aladdin, Flynn Rider, Genie, Grand Duke, Héctor, Hercules, Kristoff, Miguel, Oaken, Olaf, Peter Pan, Prince Charming, Prince Eric, Prince Naveen, Sebastian, Stabbington Brothers, Tui, and many more
