NEWS: An EPCOT Store Has Reopened!

We know a lot of folks are excited about being in Magic Kingdom today for the debut of the new nighttime parade there, but a lot is happening over in EPCOT, too.

So we decided to pop on over to Test Track to see what was going on. Now, this reimagined ride wasn’t scheduled to open for a few more days, but it was open today to everyone via the standby line! But that’s not the only thing that has reopened. The ride’s store, Test Track Gear Shop, has also reopened.

Test Track Gear Shop is the gift shop right next to Test Track, so you’ll find a lot of car-related gear in the new shop.

And by car-related gear, we mean Cars-related gear, as in the movie, Cars. After all, Test Track is all about transportation. So if you’re a Cars fan, this is a good spot to find some fun merchandise — at least until the new Cars expansion is completed in Magic Kingdom.

You’ll also find merchandise related to real cars.

There is plenty of Chevrolet merchandise to choose from. That’s because General Motors/Chevrolet is the official sponsor of the ride. So you can grab some cool Chevy clothes and vintage-look signs.

You’ll also find a FuelRod station here if you need to charge your phone.

Grab a snack if you’re feeling peckish.

This is also a good space to duck into if you just need to spend a little time in air conditioning (and right now, that’s a very good thing because it’s very hot in Florida).
