ALERT! A NEW Disney World Virtual Queue is Now LIVE

We’ve been riding the new ride and keeping track of all the excitement as we get closer to opening day. In another sign that Tiana’s Bayou Adventure really is almost here, a new feature has officially been added to the My Disney Experience app!

While Tiana’s Bayou Adventure officially opens on June 28th, previews for Annual Passholders begin this week. The previews run on June 13th, 14th, 16th, 17th, 18th, and 20th, with virtual queues opening at 7:00AM and 1:00PM. And now, the ride’s virtual queue has officially been added to the My Disney Experience app for the previews!

However, it’s important to note that a Disney Park Pass is required to access these, and currently Magic Kingdom Park Passes for Annual Passholders are completely sold out for each preview day. Unfortunately, that means that, if you don’t already have a Park Pass you won’t be able to access the 7:00AM virtual queue, at least for now. However, there is a chance that more passes could open up, so if you really want a shot at the 7:00AM virtual queue, keep checking!

Annual Passholder park passes ARE still available forDisney World’s other theme parks on the preview dates. So, you could grab one for EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, or Animal Kingdom. As long as you enter that park first then head over to Magic Kingdom, you have a shot at joining the second virtual queue at 1PM. Plus, you do NOT need to be in the park to join the 1PM virtual queue, which is different for 1PM virtual queue drops!

Of note, if you are planning to attend one of the Annual Passholder preview days and join Tiana’s virtual queue, be sure to keep in mind that previews are just that. These are technical rehearsals, and as we’ve seen over the course of recent Cast Member and media previews of the attraction, the ride does have a tendency to break down at times. So give yourself some flexibility just in case the attraction breaks down, and PLEASE don’t take out your frustrations on the ride’s Cast Members, who are obviously doing the best they can.
