We are fortunate enough to live in a day and age with a near-endless amount of condiment options.

You want something spicy? You got it. Something sweet? No problem. It seems as though sauces are sweeping the nation and everyone is falling victim to the trend. We even spotted a Disney icon with what can only be described as a creamy, tangy, herbaceous-looking sauce… could it be? We think it might be… it’s… seemingly ranch.
Buckle up, y’all, because seemingly ranch is the new sauce taking the internet by storm. No, it’s not something you can get at WingStop (IYKYK ? ) but rather the latest phrase to be coopted by companies and retailers nationwide — and it’s all thanks to Taylor Swift. We can explain.

The pop star was recently spotted at a Kansas City Chiefs game wearing a Travis Kelce jersey and chilling with his mom in a suite. Taylor Swift fans are a… passionate bunch and since she’s such a public figure, her every move is analyzed — down to the sauces she chooses to dip her “piece of chicken” in.
A Taylor Swift fan account shared this photo of Taylor at the game eating “a piece of chicken with ketchup and seemingly ranch!” and, well, the internet did its thing.

Folks immediately started using the “seemingly ranch” phrase on X (Formerly Twitter) and soon enough, even Disney joined in on the fun. Check out this picture of the one and only Mickey Mouse enjoying a piece of chicken with ketchup and seemingly ranch.

Universal Orlando was up to its old social media tricks and posted a photo of a Minion Tot with ketchup and seemingly ranch.

And, believe it or not, you might even be able to buy seemingly ranch soon enough. Sauce sultan Heinz announced that they would be releasing 100 bottles (“13+87 because Taylor + Travis = 100 ?”) of a new Ketchup and Seemingly Ranch sauce that will go into production soon.
