October 1st has FINALLY arrived, and that means Disney World’s 50th anniversary is bringing magic all around the property!

Just today, we’ve already seen Mickey and friends welcome us to Magic Kingdom, and tried so many new 50th anniversary treats. But, it wouldn’t be a special event without a new character cavalcade!

In honor of “The Most Magical Celebration on Earth,” Mickey’s Celebration Cavalcade is looking bigger and better than ever in the Magic Kingdom! Of course, we had to be some of the first guests to watch it. Minnie, Goofy, and Pluto waved from the first EARidescent float, and Goofy looks so dapper!

We watched the dancers make their way down Main Street, U.S.A.

And then we saw Daisy, Donald, and Mickey! The Fab Five are all fashioning their EARidescent outfits for the party.

Mickey is standing on top of a giant 50th anniversary present with lots of gold and EARidescent details.

And we can’t forget Chip ‘n’ Dale! They were waving from the back of the float in their fancy new vests.
