PHOTOS: Disney Adds the Final Touches to EPCOT's New Gelato Kiosk!

We’ve been keeping track of a lot of construction projects over at EPCOT in Disney World.

The park has been undergoing a full transformation with new rides, shops, and dining locations. And, today we spotted progress on a new dessert spot coming to World Showcase!

We’ve been following the progress on the new gelato stand coming to the Italy Pavilion for a while now. And, just yesterday, we snapped a picture of what the kiosk was looking like. While it looked almost completely done from the outside, it was still missing one of the finishing touches.

But, when we passed by today, we noticed that it had finally arrived! The stand now has a new sign with its name installed on the building — Gelateria Toscana!

The new kiosk will be a new spot to grab some gelato and will be run by the Patina Group. The company is in charge of a few other Italian restaurants in Disney World including Via Napoli and Tutto Italia just steps away from the stand in the Italy Pavilion.

Look at that finishing touch

Disney has announced that Gelateria Toscana will open next month in May and has even shared a peek at the menu! We can’t wait to give the new desserts a try and continue will bring you all the updates you need to know! Stay tuned to AllEars for the latest!
