CONFIRMED: Disney World’s Christmas Parade Is Returning This Year!

It might barely be spring, but if you’ll be visiting Disney World for the holiday season this year, we bet you’re already planning for the holidays. There’s a lot to think about, after all, especially with how busy the holiday season tends to be.

One of the most fun parts of visiting Disney World during the holidays is attending Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, where you can see the Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade. Well, we’ve got good news: the parade has been confirmed again for this year.

How do we know the parade is confirmed? Because Disney recently posted a casting notice for characters and inline skating roles for Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade. Disney is looking for “dynamic, energetic performers” who are interested in being a part of the parade during the 2026 holiday season.

The parade is generally performed during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, a separate ticketed event that celebrates the holiday season on select nights in Magic Kingdom from 7 PM to midnight. Disney has not yet revealed many details about this year’s parties, and we don’t have specific dates, but they’re generally held from early November through December.

However, you might still have a chance to see Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade without a party ticket. The parade is also generally performed for a few days in Magic Kingdom, leading up to Christmas, during the day.
