The Makeup That WON’T Melt Off Your Face in Disney World

Look, sometimes we want to get glammed up to visit Disney World, okay?

Molly looking gorgeous as usual

There’s nothing wrong with that (or vice versa!), but Florida weather can REALLY put a damper on our lewk. Is it so hard to ask for humidity-resistant makeup?! Well, as it turns out, it’s not! The AllEars team came together to share all our favorite makeup recs, and what has worked for us in Disney World!

Skin

You’re probably already using sunscreen during your Disney World visit, but what if you’re looking for something a little more…sparkly? The Supergoop SPF 40 Glowscreen actually gives your skin protection AND shimmer. And if you’re already going to be shiny from all the sweating, why not be sparkly too?

You can get it for $36 for a full size, or get the travel size for $17.50!

But if you’re looking for a little more coverage, the Ilia Super Serum Skin Tint is SPF 40 and it comes in 28 different shades! AllEars team member Morgan swears by it for both its skin both protection from the sun and light coverage, so you can skip your heavy foundation.

You can grab it for $48 on Amazon, and a little goes a long way!

Face

So let’s say you’ve used your tinted moisturizer but you still want a little bit more coverage. Several AllEars team members (including Molly!) swear by Tarte Shape Tape for concealer. It comes in lots of different shades, and the ultra creamy line does very well with Florida heat.

You can grab a tube for $29, and they’re really easy to throw in your park bag if you need touch ups throughout the day.

In addition to several recommendations for NYX Matte Finish Face Setting Spray, many AllEars team members swear by Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray. This spray lasts up to 16 hours and it comes with temperature control technology to keep your glam look locked on your face.

You can get a small travel size for $15, or get the full size for $23.90!

Eyes

Now when it comes to your eyes, a base is really important. Make sure to use an eyeshadow primer like Urban Decay Primer Potion so that your eyeshadow doesn’t dare to melt off throughout the day.

All you need to do is apply it to your lids BEFORE applying any eyeshadow. You can get a tube for $19.69!

Now if you’re also looking for eyeliner, the AllEars team recommends either KVD Beauty Tattoo Liner or Stila Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner for the best coverage. You might have to play around with these to figure out which one works best for your eyes!

Both eyeliners cost $22, and they can work differently depending on your eye shape and skin type!

Now when it comes to mascara, you can probably use almost any waterproof mascara, but there was a big standout on our team, and that’s waterproof Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara. As one AllEars team member said, “You’ll be wearing waterproof Better Than Sex for the rest of your life. I think it’s made with cement.”

Right now, there’s a set on Amazon for $44 containing both a regular tube of Better Than Sex mascara and a travel-sized waterproof tube! Perfect!

Colourpop Eyeshadow Palettes are not only reasonably priced, they’re really easy to travel with! You can grab any of their palettes, but if you really want to be extra, you can even get a Disney-themed palette for $22.

Other Colourpop Eyeshadow Palettes are as low as $10, and their colors are well pigmented and long-lasting!

Brows

Several members of the AllEars team swear by Anastasia Beverly Hills eyebrow products, such as Brow Wiz and Dip Brow, and it comes down to your preference. Do you prefer using an eyeliner pencil or a pomade?

Both products come in many different colors, with Brow Whiz for $23 and Dip Brow for $21.

Cheeks

One of the easiest ways to travel with makeup is to find products in stick form. For example, the Colourpop Highlighter & Blush Stick Duo in A Pretty Penny comes with both a peachy blush and a lightweight highlighter you can easily throw in your park bag.

You can get both items in the set for $16, and that’s quite a deal!

Lips

A favorite lip recommendation is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick, which even stays put under a mask. You can get a variety of shades for $20.

Looking for a cheaper option? Colourpop Liquid Lipstick is another great option! And at only $8 each, you can throw your lipstick tube in your park bag and not worry too much if you lose it!

Molly’s personal favorite that she wears to the parks all of the time is Maybelliene SuperStay Matte Ink!

You can get this one at Target for $8.99.

And when it all comes down to it, it can be a real bummer for your lipstick to rub off inside your face mask. But if you get a Face Mask Bracket to place inside your mask, you can prevent that pesky lipstick ruboff!

For $12.99 you get a set of 10, and they can really help save your lipstick.

  1. I would love to see a makeup tutorial video with Molly to actually see how she applies it to get it to stay all day long!

    1. Ditto Christina! Molly I would love to know this info too. I LOVE the red on you. It’s the perfect red for you and looks so gorgeous with your blond hair.

  2. I bought some of that superstay lipstick based off Molly using in it the parks and it really is amazing! It does stay pretty well even with a mask!

  3. I used to love the super stay matte ink lip stick, but our last trip I wore fenty stunna lip paint and it was even better! The only downfall is the color range isn’t as great!
