REVIEW: We Just Tried ALL the ‘Bluey’ Snacks at Disneyland!

For the first time, Bluey is coming to the Disney theme parks!

Let’s eat Bluey-themed food!

Bluey’s Best Day Ever! is a new interactive experience in Disneyland Park, and we were one of the first to check it out before it opens on March 22nd. It’s not a party at Disneyland without special food, so let’s take a look at the Bluey-themed eats you can get now!

Troubadour Tavern is where you’ll find the newest Disneyland treats! There is currently no end date to this experience or the food, so they will be on the menu for the foreseeable future.

In addition to food, you can pick up a Bluey Sipper for $22.99, which includes a fountain drink of your choice.

Oh, and don’t forget about the Bluey Popcorn Bucket!

We tried a bunch, so let’s get into it, starting with the Pizza Girls Baked Potato! This snack is hefty, topped with pepperoni, sausage, bacon bits, marinara, mozzarella, alfredo sauce, and a parmesan herb topper.  This is our favorite of all the new snacks. The baked potato is cooked perfectly, and the sauce is zesty. The addition of pepperoni and sausage adds so much flavor. There’s also cheese and bacon, and both make any snack more delicious, right?

Have you ever had a pretzel shaped like asparagus? We hadn’t either…until the Magic “Asparagus” Pretzel came along! The white chocolate-covered pretzel is officially our newest favorite treat. It’s actually bigger than we expected, which is ALWAYS a win, and it has the perfect ratio of pretzel to white chocolate. It IS green, though, and that green dye will end up ALL over you. But you won’t care because it’s all part of the MAGIC.

Poffertjes! Poffertjes! is exactly what it sounds like! These are mini Dutch pancakes topped with buttered condensed milk and powdered sugar. These are so doughy, fluffy, and sweet. Honestly, it’s the perfect little treat. Think fried donut, but not as crispy.

Craving more sweets? Check out the Pavlova Parfait. This is a treat layered with meringue bites, vanilla yogurt mousse, berry compote, vanilla cake, fresh berries, and candied kiwi! The berry compote is very tart, but we loved the fresh fruit. The vanilla cake also has a nice flavor and mellows out the compote. The kiwi candies are hard, but they have a sweet crunch. It’s a refreshing treat!

The Lime Ice Block Drink is one of the beverages on the menu, and it definitely comes with a wow factor! It’s a pineapple limeade with coconut milk and comes with a watermelon ice block inside (which you can buy separately, if you want). The watermelon ice block melts really fast, but that’s a good thing because it mixes in with the drink and makes it even better. The drink is VERY sweet, though, but we found it refreshing.

Finally, we got our paws…er…hands on the Mud Cake Cold Brew! This drink includes Joffrey’s Coffee French Roast Cold Brew with a malted milk topper, fudge brownie bits, and sprinkles. This is a very sweet drink, and probably one of the sweetest coffee drinks you can get in Disneyland. We thought it tasted more like a melted chocolate coffee shake! The sprinkles are a nice touch, and we think if you love super sweet coffee drinks, you’ll love this.
