Which Disney World Hotel Deal Can Save You The MOST In 2026?

Right now, Disney World is running SO many deals on summer 2026 vacations.

Magic Kingdom

From hotel deals to ticket discounts, it can almost feel overwhelming to decide which is the best deal for you. Right now, two of Disney’s biggest discounts can get you 30% off hotel rooms and 2 free nights in your hotel. Both sound great, but which will actually save you money? We’re breaking it down right here.

Before we dive into the prices, it’s important to know what each deal is and what the details are. First, we have the 30% off deal. This is available for select Disney hotels from May 1st through October 4th, 2026.

All-Star Movies

The savings can vary depending on how long you stay. If you’re there for 5 or more consecutive nights, you get the full 30% off. If you stay from 1 to 4 consecutive nights, you can get 25% off. As we said, it’s only for select resorts, so here’s that breakdown.

There are also a few resorts that can qualify for lower deals, but we’re focusing on that 30% discount. The second deal we’re eyeing this year is the Add Free Days To Your Stay Deal. It offers guests 2 free nights and 2 days of free tickets when buying a select 4-night, 4-day (or longer) Walt Disney Travel Company room and ticket package.

We love a resort room

This deal is available from May 26th, 2026, through September 15th, 2026. This offer is also for select rooms. The only exceptions for this deal are 3-Bedroom Villas, Moderate & Deluxe Resort Suites, Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, and Bungalows, 1-Bedroom Villas, 2-Bedroom Villas, and Penthouses at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. It also requires a minimum 6-night and 6-day room-and-ticket package to your cart when booking; that’s when the deal will be calculated. This deal can only be booked from  January 6th to February 15th, 2026, so don’t wait!

Now that we know what they both entail, which one will actually save you more money? First, that depends on what you mean. Luckily for us, Disney World’s booking website has an amazing Compare Vacation Offers feature. Once you’ve selected a vacation package and get to the total price, you’ll see the option to compare vacation offers, which is where we’re pulling our numbers from.

To keep things even, we selected the same hotel, Coronado Springs, with the same room type and dates. The rooms we selected were for May 26th until June 1st, with no add-on extras like the dining plan or photo package. For the 30% off deal, the total was $3,079.98 for a Village Standard Location with a King Bed and 4 days of park tickets.

Coronado Springs

For the Add Free Days To Your Stay Dealthe total price was $3,000.47. This includes a Village Standard Location with a King Bed and 6 days of park tickets. Yes, you read that right, it’s technically cheaper to get the same room for the same days with 2 extra park tickets.

If you’re just going based on park ticket and hotel prices, it seems like the Add Free Days To Your Stay Deal is the better of the two. That will definitely be our final choice in which one can actually save you more money and is the “better” of the two deals, especially if you’re going to be in the parks for a while. That being said, if you’re serious about budget and avoiding overspending, two additional park days can add up on the wallet if you’re not careful.

When you’re inside a park, costs can add up thanks to Lightning Lanes, food, merchandise, and more that you won’t necessarily experience on your pool days at the resort. That $80 difference can be spent and then some pretty quickly, especially if you’re there with a family of four. If you know that you’re bringing your lunch, you will avoid long lines thanks to strategy, and have said no to merchandise, there’s no question that the Add Free Days To Your Stay Deal is the better of the two.

We love the parks!

If you’re not planning on a 6-day vacation, the 30% deal is the way to go. At the end of the day, both of the deals are a great way to save on your Disney World resort room. If you’re going to the resort this summer, you need to make sure you’re taking advantage of at least one of the deals. Each Disney vacation really comes down to you and your needs and wants. We would know, our team has been covering the theme parks since 1999! Don’t forget to keep following AllEars for more deals, breakdowns, news, and more from Disney World and beyond.
