Exciting news! Disney just released some BIG NEWS about the NEW Zootopia show coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
We first heard about the addition of a Zootopia show to Animal Kingdom at the D23 expo in 2023, and we found out more details during the 2024 D23 expo. The show will be opening on November 7th, and ahead of that opening, Disney just announced Annual Passholder early previews of the show.
The new show is called Zootopia: “Better Zoogether“ and it’s replacing the now-closed It’s Tough to Be a Bug, the previous show inside the Tree of Life. If you want to catch the Zootopia show early, Annual Passholder previews will happen on November 5th and 6th.
There will be two virtual queues on those days that Annual Passholders will have access to: at 7 AM and 1 PM. So if you’ll be in Animal Kingdom on that day, be sure to grab a spot in the queue.
We are personally excited to experience this new show and can’t wait for everyone to see it. But it’s not the only new thing coming to Animal Kingdom.
The DinoLand U.S.A. area of Animal Kingdom is undergoing a huge retheme. This area will be rethemed to a Tropical Americas-themed land called Pueblo Esperanza. This rethemed land will feature an Indiana Jones-themed ride, an Encanto-themed ride, a carousel, and one of Disney’s largest quick-service restaurants. Pueblo Esperanza is expected to open in 2027.
There is a lot to look forward to at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and we can’t wait to check out Zootopia: “Better Zoogether“ when it opens. Stay tuned to AllEars for all your Disney World news!
