We can expect to see something new at Animal Kingdom in the future.
In case you missed it, Destination D23 is happening this weekend at Disney World, and from this event, we get a lot of news about upcoming projects at Disney Parks.
Last year at D23, it was hinted that Zootopia could be coming to Animal Kingdom. Now, we just got confirmation that Zootopia will be coming to the park in a different way than originally suspected.
At Destination D23 this year, it was announced that Disney is creating a new show for the Tree of Life based on Zootopia. It will be “filled with humor and action.”
It was not confirmed, but we do believe that this show will likely replace the “It’s Tough To Be a Bug” attraction.
No word yet on when we can expect to see this show in Animal Kingdom. We will update you on any details as they come out. Follow along with us at AllEars.net.
