This Disney World Hotel Restaurant JUST GOT BETTER

Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is home to so many different restaurants.

Coronado Springs

From chicken stuffed Mickey waffles, rooftop tapas, and a bar and grill that overlooks the water, there is no shortage of dining experiences at this resort. If you are looking for a quick-service meal when staying at or visiting Coronado Springs, you are in luck because you will find El Mercado de Coronado, which is the resort’s quick-service food court. There are so many different options at the food court for all three meal periods, and a new food option has just recently started to be offered.

El Mercado de Coronado was designed to resemble an open-air marketplace. This means there are multiple different areas to grab food from, so there is something for the whole family. This is also a location where you can refill your Rapid Fill mugs if you choose to purchase one.

El Mercado de Coronado

Here you can find pizza, pasta, salads, tacos, hand-carved specials, sandwiches, and more. Now, another food offering is available — a ramen bar!

El Mercado de Coronado

There are currency three different items that you can choose from, but only two of them are actually ramen. You can pick up a pasta dish as well as beef and vegetable ramen.

Menu

The Beef Ramen is $18 and comes with tender teriyaki beef over yakisoba noodles in a rich beef broth topped with a hard-boiled egg, edamame, shredded carrots, mushrooms, scallions, crispy garlic and sesame seeds.

Beef Ramen

The Vegetable Ramen costs $16 and has Yakisoba noodles in a flavorful vegetable broth, topped with a hard-boiled egg, edamame, shredded carrots, mushrooms, pickled ginger, and cucumber slices.

We recently tried both of these dishes, and you can read our full review below!

REVIEW: Disney World’s First Ramen Bar Isn’t Where You’d Expect!

We won’t lie; although it seems like an interesting choice to add a ramen bar, we think it makes the food court even better. We talked to a coordinator, and they told us that Coronado Springs is a hotel that attracts a lot of international guests, so they wanted to add more cuisine options.

Both of the ramen dishes together

Overall, we did not think that the ramen bar is top-tier, but it is a great way to be more accessible and offer a wider variety of menu options. If you are staying at Coronado Springs, make sure to check out El Mercado de Coronado to try out these two new menu items!
