YIKES. Read the Disney World Restaurant Review That Was the "Worst Meal on Our Entire 11 Day Trip"

Anyone who has visited Walt Disney World knows that the resort is rife with restaurants. Whether you want to dine in the theme parks, the Disney Springs district, or even at one of the resort hotels on property, there are options for every palate. However, for every great experience at a Disney restaurant, there are some negative ones as well.

Take the Turf Club Bar and Grill. According to Disney, the restaurant (which is located at the Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa) is a spot where guests can “savor classic American cuisine in a racetrack clubhouse setting with gorgeous golf course and lake views.” However, one of our readers recently claims to have had a decidedly different experience.

According to the reader who goes by AEUser-b2563a, the restaurant – – to which they gave a rating of 2/10 – – was the worst meal of their of their 11-day trip.

The had issues with the food, saying the “Prime Rib was dry, overcooked and had no flavor. My father ordered his medium and it came out dry and appeared to be seared. Mine came out dry with no flavor.” The also called the service “average at best” and claimed the Cast Members working at the restaurant were more “annoyed than helpful.”

They wrapped by saying that the restaurant had “gone downhill” since Covid, and advised others to “stay away” and not “waste” their money.

Harsh.

While that reader’s experience certainly doesn’t sound like a good one, we would be remiss not to mention that we’ve also received positive reviews of the Turf Club in the past, and overall, there are some benefits to eating at the restaurant. Specifically, it provides a dependable sit-down option for guests staying at Saratoga Springs.
