Wait, WHAT?! Disney’s Famous Dapper Dans Have a New CELEBRITY in Their Group

There are tons of Disney icons that make us think of the parks.

We’re talking about things like classic attractions, nighttime spectaculars, and characters who look just like they jumped out of a movie. But another iconic Disney staple is *drum roll please*…..the Dapper Dans!

The Dapper Dans are a barbershop quartet that performs daily on Main Street U.S.A. at both Magic Kingdom in Disney World and in Disneyland. This talented group showcases their skills by singing classic Disney favorites, as well as other traditional tunes.

But belting out impressive harmonies isn’t just all they do; they also tap dance, play the chimes, and tell the funniest jokes you’ll ever hear (ok, so maybe not the funniest…but definitely the punniest!). The Dapper Dans are quintessential to the Disney parks experience, and they truly deserve their flowers.

And we’re not the only ones who love this amazing group. In fact, there’s a fan so dedicated, that they ended up becoming a Dapper Dan themselves! That’s right — Wayne Brady just joined the Dapper Dans!

Wayne Brady got to sport the iconic Dapper Dan outfit and sang a song with the famous group. But if you’re hoping to spot the famous actor and comedian yourself, this was just a one-time gig for Mr. Brady. Although we’re sure he’s an honorary Dapper Dan member from here on out.

Even though you can’t catch Wayne Brady performing with the Dapper Dans in person, you can tune into his docuseries Wayne Brady: The Family Remix, which airs on Freeform and is available to stream on Hulu.

The Dapper Dans can enchant Main Street U.S.A. with their melodies daily, but they also perform at special ticketed events, like Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. This is a great opportunity to watch them, as they don uniquely themed outfits and even a new group name, like the Cadaver Dans during the Halloween party.
