Choosing a hotel with an additional mode of transportation, such as a watercraft, the monorail, or the Skyliner, is always a nice perk. Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is one of those resorts that has that extra mode of transportation, but if you are planning to stay at this resort, some rooms are much better to book.

Disney Vacation Planner

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is a moderate resort in the middle tier of Disney World. One of its biggest perks is that it is on the Skyliner line and is actually home to the hub of the Skyliner. Here, transfers to Hollywood Studios, Pop Century Resort, and Art of Animation Resort take place. The Caribbean Beach station also connects the Riveria Resort and EPCOT. Having the hub Skyliner station at your resort is a huge perk!

Here is the thing: Caribbean Beach is a very big resort, so big in fact that they were able to tear down some hotel sections to build the Rivera Resort. While it can be nice to be spread out from other guests, it can also be a pain to walk to the Skyliner, and having a Skyliner station at your resort is such a pleasant perk that you will want to take advantage of!

That is why when booking a stay at Caribbean Beach, you should always try to book the hotel sections closest to the Skyliner station. The closest hotel sections are the Jamaica and Aruba Villages. Being close to the Skyliner station can not only help you get a head start on your day, but it can also make returning from a long day at the parks so much easier.

That said, it is okay if you can’t get into these buildings, as they are a popular spot to stay due to their proximity to the Skyliner. Caribbean Beach is a beautiful resort, and taking in all the sights on your walk to the Skyliner is not a bad thing, but if you do want to save yourself some extra steps, it is worth it to book a room in the Jamaica and Aruba Villages.
