There are quite a few things we tell you to do before you leave for your Disney World trip.

For example, we like to tell people to learn how to use the My Disney Experience app before vacation. We also tell you to check the Orlando weather forecast so you can pack appropriately. Our team may even tell you to keep an eye on the Disney World calendar because park hours can change. Well, if you haven’t checked the Disney World calendar for June, we’ve got an important update for you.
We checked the Disney World website recently and discovered that Magic Kingdom is closing early on June 21st. In fact, the park is closing at 7PM. Now, when this happens, it’s usually because of a private event or Cast Member celebration.

This means you might want to rearrange your schedule, especially if you had planned to stay in Magic Kingdom to watch the Happily Ever After fireworks. You won’t be able to see the fireworks on that day. If you still want to visit Magic Kingdom on June 21st, you might want to park hop to another park in the evening.

Otherwise, you might want to plan to visit Magic Kingdom on one of the other days of your trip.
We still suggest you check the Disney World calendar regularly so you’re aware of park opening and closing times. We’ll keep an eye out for more early closures, though, so check back with AllEars again soon for more.
