Let’s go on an Easter egg hunt! As you probably know by now, in Disney World, the holidays tend to start early (more time to CELEBRATE!). So, when we heard that the Grand Floridian’s annual Easter display was officially open, we HAD to check it out.

This year there are some NEW and returning desserts to check out, but just wait until you see our personal favorite part. Prepare to be amazed!
The Grand Cottage is BACK in Disney World! It will be open daily from 9AM to 9PM, and we highly recommend stopping by to check it out. So, what can you see and do here? We’re so glad you asked!

Primarily, the Grand Cottage location acts as a seasonal treat spot. Here, you can get an Easter Treat Box for $80, but don’t worry — there are some cheaper treats, too.

Be prepared to encounter a LONG line at the Grand Cottage. It’s a popular destination. In fact, if you try to drive here, you may get sent to park your car at the Magic Kingdom parking lot due to limited parking at the Grand Floridian Resort.

Here’s a peek at the menu. Some of these treats, like the Milk Chocolate Bunny and the Lemon Blueberry Whoopie Pie, are returning favorites. Others, like the Bunny Pop Flower Pot, are NEW this year!

These desserts give us classic Easter vibes. Doesn’t this make you want to put on your sweetest Easter dress or your fanciest button-down shirt and celebrate spring?

OK, now for our FAVORITE part — the Easter egg display! In the Grand Floridian Resort lobby (and a few other Disney hotels), you can find INCREDIBLE handmade eggs made by Disney Cast Members and artists!

Each egg has its own description and its own artist. The more eggs you see, the more impressed you’ll be with all the talent in one room!

This one was a favorite of ours. Not only is it incredibly hard to paint a realistic Snow White illustration, but we’ve got to imagine it’s even HARDER to paint on a curved egg surface!

This one made us so happy. Look at Daisy Duck poking out her window — how sweet!

Some eggs even light up! This artist took a fan-favorite Hollywood Studios ride and made it into an EGG!

Calling all our old-school Main Street Electrical Parade fans — this is the egg for you!

There are WAY more eggs to check out in person, but we won’t spoil the whole thing for you. If you’re planning to visit Disney World this spring, make sure to check this display out! In the meantime, we’re always on the lookout for the latest Disney news, so stay tuned for more.
