Disney’s Pixar Place Hotel has officially opened its doors!

The former Paradise Pier Hotel has been fully transformed into a tribute to all things Pixar. We’ve been exploring the hotel, and although we got a sneak peek at some of the Easter eggs in the concept art — we’re bringing you a look at them in real life!
Disney’s Pixar Place Hotel is officially open as of January 30th, 2024, and we’re bringing you with us to check it all out! We’ve already had the chance to explore some of the hotel grounds, but this time we’re on the hunt for something specific — Easter eggs!

In case you don’t know, Easter eggs are hidden nods that Disney likes to include in the parks or even in movies, and there are quite a few to be found here!
Let’s start in the lobby with a not-so-hidden Easter egg — the Pixar lamp and ball!

In addition to the centerpiece here, look up! You’ll find several artistic takes on Pixar characters hanging from the ceiling. This includes some Toy Story characters…

…and your favorites from Finding Nemo and The Incredibles.

The Creators Club Concierge Lounge is home to some Ratatouille Easter eggs! We spotted Remy…

…Skinner (looking scary as usual)…

…and the food-loving Emilie!

We also spotted some nods to rides in the common spaces including Jessie’s Critter Carousel from Disney California Adventure!

Disney World is represented as well through Alien Swirling Saucers art! Also, do you spy the bug on top of the light?!

There’s even a model of the Alien Swirling Saucers ride vehicle — just like the attraction in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

When it comes to the rooms, you’ll find modern Pixar artwork as well as Easter eggs like the Pixar lamp as your actual lamp in the room!

The pillows look ordinary from the front…but when you see the side, you’ll find the Pixar ball.

Even the show has a fun touch. The dispensers have the iconic Pixar colors — yellow, blue, and red.

In the Signature Suite, you’ll find this lamp within a lamp! It looks like the Pixar lamp is doing its famous jump around the light fixture.

There are some living Easter eggs as well! That includes piano from Joe Gardner who starred in the movie Soul.

Also, Bing Bong from Inside Out will make appearances exclusively at the hotel. Yes, you can finally hug Bing Bong!

Keep an eye out for Bing Bong on your next visit.
Who’s your friend who likes to play? Bing Bong! He will make appearances EXCLUSIVELY at the Pixar Place Hotel!
