Don’t Let This Disney World Transportation Problem Catch You Off Guard Today!

While Disney World will forever remain the Most Magical Place On Earth for us no matter the situation, there are a few instances where we’re reminded that not everything runs off magic and magic alone. 😳

Magic Kingdom

Sometimes, things don’t go according to plan! Rides and attractions break down, accidents happen, and sometimes… you drop the precious DOLE Whip you JUST bought. Well, we were met with one of these inconvenient moments today, and we’re here to WARN YOU, because you might encounter the same problem.

The Monorail is DOWN this morning! Yep, around 9AM on November 27th, we realized that the Monorail was down when we were trying to head to Magic Kingdom.

Oh no!

While this totally isn’t the end of the world, it can cause delays in travels to Magic Kingdom, especially for those coming from the Monorail Resorts.

Disney’s Contemporary Resort

The good news? Well, there are plenty of alternative options. The boat launches to the resorts are running, as well as the Magic Kingdom Ferryboat, but at 60 degrees outside, those boats can be a bit chilly. There are also buses running to and from the hotels to Magic Kingdom!

Ferryboat Entrance

The bad news? Well, those lines are kind of packing a PUNCH this morning. So crowded! We took the Ferryboat from the TTC to Magic Kingdom, and it took us 40 minutes to get to the park. So, if you’re headed to Magic Kingdom this morning, just be sure to be prepared for a slower trip into the park.

YIKES.
