Fantasmic! Reopening Date, More Character Dining Returns, and Other Disney News From the Week!

As October begins to wind down, we’re beginning to say goodbye to Halloween in Disney Parks, and hello to the holidays (and yes, Disneyland has already started decorating for it).

The snow is on the castle already!

This is usually a quiet time, but we still had some pretty big Disney news this week, so let’s get to the biggest stories!

Disney World Announces Fantasmic! Reopening Date

Fantasmic! closed with Disney World in 2020 and has been closed ever since. But now, we know the exact date when the nighttime show will return to Disney’s Hollywood Studios: November 3rd. Not only that, but the Fantasmic! dining packages will be returning, too — reservations open on October 26th for performances on November 30th or later.

Guests wanting to see that first show of Fantasmic! on November 3rd, though, you’re out of luck — park pass reservations for Hollywood Studios are going fast (and are already sold out for select Disney World guests).

Monsieur Paul Has Reopened

In the France Pavilion in EPCOT, Monsieur Paul has been closed since 2020, but recently opened its doors again this week. The menu is now a prix fixe menu and costs $195 per person.

It’s open!

If you’re looking to enjoy this signature dining experience, be sure to make advance dining reservations.

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall Set To Reopen Soon

In  EPCOT’s Norway Pavilion, another restaurant is getting ready to reopen soon. Akershus Royal Banquet Hall will open its doors to the public again on November 4th. That means that guests will soon get to enjoy some Norwegian-inspired food while visiting with Disney Princesses.
