Changes Coming to Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue When It Reopens
Many Disney World guests are excited about the reopening of the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue dinner show on June 23rd. Reservations are now available, but before you make that reservation, you might want to know about some changes coming to the show.

According to Disney, “Hoop-Dee-Doo will return bright and fresh with a new audio and lighting system and a few updates to its script and scenery, while staying true to the experience guests know and love.” The stage lighting has been upgraded to LED, while the show’s sound quality has also been enhanced.

A Celebration of the Festival of the Lion King in Disney’s Animal Kingdom is set to close for a little bit. The show, which is a modified version of Festival of the Lion King, will close on July 5th but will reopen again as Festival of the Lion King on July 16th.

Many aspects of the original show will return with it, including the tumble monkeys and acrobatic birds.

Change Made to How Annual Passholders Get Discounts at Disney World
There is also a change that has been made to Disney World’s Annual Passholder program, specifically when it comes to getting discounts. Annual Passholders are now required to show their pass through the My Disney Experience app, along with their ID, to receive a discount on things like food and merchandise at Disney World.

Previously, Annual Passholders only needed to show their physical Annual Pass card along with an ID. Disney has now taken it digital. So keep that in mind if you’re an Annual Passholder. You’ll find your pass on the My Disney Experience app by clicking on the three lines in the bottom right corner of the screen and choosing “Tickets and Passes.”

EPCOT’s Guest Relations Gets a Makeover
Guest Relations in EPCOT might surprise you the next time you’re there because it now looks completely different.

According to Imagineer Zach Riddley, Guest Relations was updated to match the current “visual identity” seen in the World Celebration area of EPCOT that has already been established by Creations Shop and Connections Café and Eatery.

Another fun thing you can see at this spot is the full-color version of the EPCOT five-ring logo.
