It’s an exciting time in Disney World because parades are BACK!
The Festival of Fantasy parade returned to Magic Kingdom on March 9th, and things are looking a little different on Main Street, U.S.A. as a result. While cavalcades are still running, it may be harder to catch one, and here’s why.
The Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade debuted in Magic Kingdom in February as the biggest character cavalcade in Disney World with nearly 30 characters involved, including Disney princesses, Pixar characters, and lots more.
A cavalcade is basically a “mini parade,” and when Adventure Friends debuted it had showtimes in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
However, we noticed today that the cavalcade seems to have been reduced to two showtimes a day, and the times vary depending on the day. On March 10th, the cavalcade will make its way down Main Street, U.S.A. at 4:30PM and 5:50PM…
…and on March 14th, it will take place at 5:10PM and 6:20PM. It’s likely that showtimes have been reduced now that Festival of Fantasy is back, which is currently scheduled for daily showtimes in the morning and afternoon.
