Disney’s Skyliner Has Reopened After a Brief Closure

There are LOTS of ways to travel around Disney World, from the Monorail to buses to a newer option via the sky, otherwise known as the Disney Skyliner.

The Skyliner carries guests through the air in gondolas, which are sometimes decorated with Disney characters. It’s one of our favorite ways to travel around Disney World, but one section of the Skyliner’s route recently closed briefly for refurbishment. If you’re also a Skyliner fan, we’ve got some good news for you today!

The Disney Skyliner connects several Disney World resorts to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Earlier this week, the Skyliner route to and from EPCOT closed for a scheduled refurbishment.

The EPCOT route includes Disney’s Riviera Resort and EPCOT (of course), and during the closure, guests were able to travel using other Disney transportation methods, such as buses.
