The Main Street Confectionery is reopening just in time for the grand 50th Anniversary celebration! This vintage-inspired candy shop is home to some of our favorite Disney treats, and now we’ve got a preview of some new desserts coming soon!
We’ll never say no to a new Disney snack, but these 50th Anniversary-inspired treats aren’t quite what we expected… .
Disney announced that over 30 new Confectionary-exclusive snacks will debut, and some old favorites will return like this Mickey Krispy rice cereal treat full of colorful sprinkles.
If you’re a big fan of M&M’s, we’ve got good news — Disney went hard with the pastel M&M’s for the new 50th Anniversary treats.
These desserts look cute, but is anyone else reminded of Easter more than the 50th Anniversary? Where’s that shiny EARidescent color? Where’s the edible glitter?
Like we said, there are a LOT of M&M’s here!
These four treats will be available starting on October 1st!
If you’re more of a salty person, Disney has some customizable new popcorn coming soon, too! According to Disney, you will be able to personalize your popcorn and mix up the flavors! There will be four popcorn flavors to choose from: caramel, rainbow fruit, butter, and cheddar!
Once you choose your popcorn, you will be able to further customize your snack with some M&M’s, SKITTLES, or a chocolate drizzle on top! Oh, and did we mention the all-new candy wall coming to the Confectionery?
