NEW Details Released New Disney Enchantment Fireworks Show!

For Disney World’s 50th Anniversary, there’s a brand new show coming to Magic Kingdom.

We’ve seen testing for the new show, heard the original song “You Are the Magic” for it, and we’re definitely planning to watch the live stream of it on September 30th. Now Disney has released even more details about Disney Enchantment!

We’ve already shared that Cinderella Castle would be lit up with projections that would even extend beyond it and down Main Street, U.S.A.

Now we know even more about what these projections will be. Disney has said that the “Cinderella Castle is aswirl in scenes of wonderment, thanks to the state-of-the-art projection technology.” Among other Disney characters, Moana will make an appearance as guests “set sail across the sea,” and we’ll see Aladdin on a magic carpet ride!

Disney says, “These projections extend down Main Street, U.S.A., complementing the images on the castle while creating an entirely new immersive and expansive environment for Magic Kingdom.”

Other Disney characters that’ll make an appearance include Tiana from The Princess and the Frog, Miguel from Coco, Rapunzel from Tangled, and Ian and Barley from Onward.

From Disney Pixar’s Soul, we’ll see Joe Gardner and even join him in “the zone.” (If you haven’t seen Soul yet, “the zone” is a representation of intense focus and passion that you enter when you’re doing what you love. Joe enters “the zone” when he’s playing the piano.)

Disney says that, “As he plays his piano, shimmering blue and purple lighting extends beyond the castle, transporting guests into a magical realm inspired by the art of Disney Legend Mary Blair.” In this realm, guests will see even more classic Disney characters from movies like Beauty and the Beast, Alice in Wonderland, Wreck-It Ralph, and Luca.
