Due to the ongoing pandemic, the Disney Cruise Line has temporarily suspended operation.

All sailings through March 2021 were officially cancelled, although an upcoming 2-day cruise to Seattle was announced for summer 2021. Now, Disney has released an important update regarding its final payment deadlines and cruise cancellations.
The final payment deadline for sailings through August 2021 is now 60 days prior to departure for Guests booked in unrestricted stateroom categories. Onboard activities can be scheduled within the booking window once that final payment is made.

Additionally, Disney has temporarily adjusted its Cruise Date Flexibility option. For new or existing cruises booked prior to March 31, 2021, for sailings through August 31, 2021, the sail date can be changed up to 15 days prior to departure.

Lastly, for sailings through August 2021, the cancellations fee has been further relaxed. Guests booked in non-Suite and non-Concierge categories can cancel beginning as early as 119 days prior to sailing to beginning 59 days prior to sailing. For Suite and Concierge categories, cancellation fees in excess of the deposit amount will temporarily begin at 59 days prior to sailing.

Note that reservations for Inside, Outside, or Verandah Categories with Restrictions are still nonrefundable and nontransferable. We’ll continue to keep you updated on further adjustments that may affect your Disney Cruise Line reservation. Stay tuned to AllEars!
