This week I want to point out even when it rains at Walt Disney World, there is no reason not to look for unique photos. On my last visit, a rainstorm blew in as my party was shopping on Main Street USA in the Magic Kingdom.
While I stayed dry under a covered sidewalk, I watched and waited for a photo opportunity when I noticed a guest walking down the street under a bright red Minnie Mouse umbrella. Anything else catch your eye in this photo?

My eye was first drawn to the umbrella which made me smile. I then noticed the pumpkin light post decoration along with the balloons. Upon a closer look, I noticed the action of the rain drops falling while the guest’s movement was not blurred.
Very observant of you, Steve! A good photo does allow the viewer to explore beyond the initial subject. Color will catch one’s eye and the the rest comes into focus.
