California has continued to put strict health and safety guidelines in place in order to protect guests and citizens.

As the state is now operating with different reopening tier levels, theme parks and other big venues have had to reconfigure their opening plans. While we’ve been looking forward to returning back to Buena Vista Street in Downtown Disney, other venues around California have began to close.

The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk has announced that it will be shutting down multiple experiences. At this time, the Boardwalk’s rides and mini-golf are closed after it only previously reopened on November 7th now that the county has reentered the Red Tier.

Boardwalk rides & mini golf are now closed due to our County re-entering the Red Tier. Bowling will be open until Fri @ 11pm. Guests who have made upcoming ride reservations will be contacted and refunded. However, bowling will remain open on the Boardwalk until 11PM as games, food, shopping, the pedal karts, and the Boardwalk Racers will also stay available to guests visiting.

While other theme parks continue to move forward with their re-opening plans during California’s guidelines, we’ll give you all the information you need to know!
