Looking for a gluten free snack in Disney’s Animal Kingdom? We’ve got you covered!

If you’re heading to Disney World with a dietary restriction, don’t worry — Disney prides itself on providing a variety of allergy-friendly eats for guests to enjoy. And that includes plenty of gluten-free options!
These are our picks for the best gluten-free snacks at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Churros at Nomad Lounge
We’re starting off strong with what might just be the best gluten-free snack in all of Disney World. The Churros at Nomad Lounge are hot, fresh, and delicious. We would take these over a “standard” Disney World churro from a snack cart any day! Plus, they also come with vanilla crema and chili-strawberry sauce for dipping to kick them up even further.

If you’re looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, we’d say these are an absolute must-try! (Just note: they’re not always on the menu, so you might want to check the menu on My Disney Experience before you head over.)
Dole Whip Float at Tamu Tamu Refreshments
That’s right, not only is Dole Whip an iconic Disney World snack, it’s also gluten-free! And while it might be most famously associated with Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom, you can also find Dole Whip at Tamu Tamu Refreshments in Animal Kingdom’s Africa.

This makes for a super refreshing snack during those brutally hot and humid summer months in Florida.
St. Louis Ribs at Flame Tree Barbecue
There are a number of gluten-free eats on the menu at Flame Tree Barbecue, so it’s a great place to head if you’re looking for a more substantial meal. But of the gluten-free options at this restaurant, the St. Louis Ribs are our personal favorite! (Be sure to talk to the Cast Members about safe sides, too!)

Not only does this restaurant have great gluten-free options, but it’s also a great place to catch one of the floating character cavalcades!
Build Your Own Bowl at Satu’li Canteen
At Satu’li Canteen, guests are able to create custom bowls by choosing a base, protein, and sauce. And while not all of the options are gluten-free, this restaurant offers an allergy-friendly menu that includes multiple gluten-free choices for each of the bowl components.

This is a great option if you’re looking for a heartier snack (you could share with a friend or two) that will stick with you for a bit.
Corn on the Cob at Harambe Fruit Market
Much like Flame Tree Barbecue, you’ll find a number of gluten-free options at Harambe Fruit Market. This location offers tons of fresh fruits and vegetables, but our top pick here is the Corn on the Cob. It’s a delicious snack that we think is seriously underrated!

In addition to the fresh fruits and veggies, Harambe Fruit Market also offers a selection of allergy-friendly chips if you’d like to grab a snack to-go.
Night Blossom at Pongu Pongu
We’re heading back over to Pandora to round out our list with a delicious frozen beverage. The Night Blossom is a refreshing combination of sweet and tart flavors topped with a mound of passion fruit boba balls.

It’s one of the treats Pandora is known for, and it’s a great way to cool off on a hot day!
There are several places in Disney’s Animal Kingdom that offer a solid selection of gluten-free snacks. But if you’re looking for the best of the best to enjoy on your trip, these are our suggestions. Happy snacking!
