This used to be my favorite food place in the world. I’d genuinely tell everyone about it, even when I was at home. Unfortunately, during my last Disney trip, my family and I came to the conclusion that this place just is not the same anymore. 🙁
Pros:
Lots of indoor seatingCons:

We ate here in October 2021, and I don’t know if we just caught them on a bad day, but the food was downright bad. The best items my family of six ordered were plain and flavorless, but a couple of the items were so unappetizing we couldn’t eat them. It was that bad. We’re from Arizona, where quality Mexican food is easy to find, but we didn’t find it here. We had heard Magic Kingdom had a poor reputation for food, but this place lowered the bar even further. It was by far the worst meal we had during our five days at the parks, and the only place we ate that I wouldn’t go back to again. I never thought I’d find myself longing for Taco Bell!
Pros:
AffordableCons:

Meh. Not as bad as Taco Bell, but not the greatest tacos. My main complaint about the Taco Trio was that the fillings were not drained, so it was hard to eat a taco and not have juices drip down your arm. Overall, however, an ok experience and a convenient location. Nothing special, but good for a quick meal.
Pros:
Good location; ok foodCons:

Pecos Bill is my favorite quick-service restaurant in Magic Kingdom! I love getting the carnitas and chciken fajitas. It comes with rice, beans, grilled onions and peppers. The best hearty meal after a long day at the park. I do miss the toppings bar they had before; hopefully they bring it back.
Pros:
Delicious hearty meal at a great price.Cons:

We ate here during our Keys to the Kingdom tour. The nachos and queso were fine, but I did not care for the chicken, probably should've picked beef or pork.
Pros:
Lots of seating, shaded.Cons:

We’ve given Pecos Bill many chances because the All Ears folks like it so much. We have been nothing but underwhelmed.
Pros:
Indoor seating Like the concept themeCons:
Hades nachos were soggy. All burgers we’ve had there have bordered on uneatable. No fixings bar will fix it. This place could use a complete menu overhaul. Nostalgia can’t carry it.Reviewed by Lizgistix Review Date: 04/05/2022

I mean, it's decent. The taco trio is a solid choice. I haven't had anything terrible here, so it's consistently decent. One of the better options on this side of the park
Pros:
Big dining room with lots of side rooms, plus some outsideCons:

This restaurant was a surprise. We were hungry, it was there, and it was actually good. You get a lot of food too for the price. I'd definitely eat here again.

Ate lunch here on 2/23/22 with DH and DS (age 8). DH had the fajitas and a soft drink, I had the beef nachos platter with rice, a soft drink and a cake pop (that DS snatched up). Seating was tricky. Food was alright, nothing amazing, nothing horrible. Definitely miss the topping bar!
