100% my favourite pavilion!! AMAZING food, AMAZING drinks (La Cava Del Tequila is my biggest MUST do when in Disney) and I love the three caballeros ride. It’s got everything I want in a pavilion and the people and vibe are phenomenal ❤️❤️❤️

Inside the pavilion truly feels magical and you can’t go wrong with a margarita from La Cava Del Tequila!! And the ride is one of my favorite Epcot attractions! And when the mariachi comes out, you could close your eyes, drink your margarita and swear you’re in Mexico!
Pros:
Atmosphere, drinks, attraction, shopping, mariachi bandCons:

Mexico is one of our favorite pavilions. It has such culture and detail. The outside area and visual of the pyramid are great. Once inside they consistently have great visiting cultural exhibits and then you enter the Mexican marketplace set at dusk. You actually hear hustle and bustle and smell delicious smells. I like the different carts and stores.
The ride is actually one of my favorites and one we do not miss. It could of course use some refreshing, but still a classic.
Pros:
Great dark ride, great cultural aspects, beautiful!Cons:
We have not enjoyed the food the last couple visits, so might have to try again. Don't like the addition of more and more alcohol locations. Prefer a balance.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 04/13/2020

The inside atmosphere makes this pavilion. The temple exterior is cool, but when you step inside you're transported to a Mexican market at night! Best thing about this is that it's AC'd, which is a lifesaver if you're visiting between April and October. The food is adequate, if a bit safe, although the inside restaurant has some menu items you won't find at your normal tex-mex eatery, and the views of the ride boats passing by makes this stand out from many of the other eateries. The ride is OK. Like most recent Epcot updates, most of the nostalgic edu-tainment has been replaced with Disney characters. It's not the worst way to spend 5 minutes but it's by no means a "must-do" attraction.
It's also worth mentioning that if you have the patience the outside seating is a pretty good place to catch the night show.
All-in-all, a solid pavilion with above average imagineering, and AC'd inside space make this a location you should probably check out as you make your way around the world.
Pros:
Air Conditioned, you can drink the water, adequate boat ride, good themeing, interesting menu choices insideCons:
"Safe" food. Originial educational themeing replaced with tangentially related Disney characters.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 04/13/2020

It has two great restaurants. I have not tried the margaritas at the bar but will whenever the parks get to open back up.
