Frozen Ever After is somewhat controversial in the Epcot fan base. It is one of my favorite rides at Epcot but definitely not one of my favorites at all of Disney World. The 2 small drops, animatronics, and boat vehicles are all enjoyable but parts of the ride seem flat. For me, I was underwhelmed with the story and felt that it was sort of a lazy re-theme to Maelstrom. Don't get me wrong, it is a very enjoyable dark ride but I can only imagine the amount of possibilities Disney could've done with this hit movie instead of using it as a re-theme. Even though I recommend this ride, it isn't for everyone. But it is still one of my favorites at Epcot.

Pros:

A fun dark ride with impressive animatronics and spot on theming.

Cons:

Not always worth the wait, seems like a rushed re-theme, and could've been something really amazing.

I did not think I was going to love this attraction the way I did. I was a frozen fan but not a huge one. like most people hate the song let it go. When I rode the ride I was shocked in how immersive the ride was and how good the animatronics looked. The ride does feel a bit short but is a must do if the line isn’t super long

Pros:

Great for frozen fans. Great to ride if it’s hot. Great to ride if you like animatronics

Cons:

Not good for frozen fans

A shell of it’s former self, but a great ride for modern Disney fans and families.

Pros:

Overall great ride.

Cons:

It’s not Maelstrom.

Fun ride for kids and adults. I don't believe that it was worth the long wait and all of the hype, but I'm still happy we all went.

Pros:

Fun Water Ride. 8 year old girls loved it! Cool unexpected ending for a slow water ride.

Cons:

Long waits

I think everyone needs to do this once, but to me it’s not a must do. The animatronics are cool and love the song (duh) but not worth over an hour wait to ride it unless you have a die hard frozen fan. That being said the question is awesome, the ride is enjoyable but definitely not a thrill ride. Malstrone or whatever the name of the Viking ride that was there before was a little more thrilling

Pros:

Awesome cue, anyone in your family can ride, great soundtrack, relaxing

Cons:

Long lines

I like Frozen, but then, I liked Maelstrom, it's predecessor. I enjoyed seeing the oil rigs, and I have actually be out on the North Sea just off Oslo so it always made me smile. I think the Frozen retheme really makes this appeal to far more people though, and it's very very seldom there isn't a long line waiting for it. The queue is fun, once you are inside out of the heat and Oaken's Tokens little sauna hut is great fun. The ride itself is a boat ride with several drops and familiar songs and the animatronics have projected faces, which are cool and make them look very much like they do in the movie. If you just happen to be on with small kids and the projections drop out though, cover their eyes quick because you get faceless Elsa. You do get a bit wet, and the seats tend to be wet when you load into the boat, so be aware of that part.

Pros:

Let it Go, Olaf and Sven are priceless. It's a nice respite from the heat, you can get a School Bread when you are done.

Cons:

Long lines, and in the Central FL heat it can be brutal. Chance of a wet seat.

One of my daughter's favorites. Great combination of a relaxing boat ride and animatronics show with a little drop thrown in for the thrill seekers out there. The songs are cure and catchy. All around pretty good ride. I don't think it's quite worth the super long lines it can sometimes have but other than that I don't really have much negative to say about it.

Pros:

Adorable. Great music. Relaxing with a little dip. Cool effects and animatronics.

Cons:

Can have really long wait times. Not super thrilling.

I'm not a huge Frozen fan but this ride is just enchanting. The first scene with Olaf and the hanging icicles is so beautiful and mesmerizing. Good for the whole family.

Pros:

Beautiful, the drop is fun.

Cons:

That dark hallway with nothing in it after Let It Go is unforgivable Imagineering. Just put anything in there!
