REVIEW: Our FAVORITE Gideon's Cookie is Back at Disney Springs This Month!

Disney Springs is one of our favorite places to eat in Disney World, thanks to all the different restaurants. And when it comes to sweet treats? It’s practically unmatched.

Gideon’s Bakehouse is one of our favorite spots to go for tasty treats, as well as delicious cold brew when we need a pick-me-up. Each month, they release special items that are ONLY available for that month, and sometimes, only certain days or weeks during the month, so it’s important to keep a close eye on their social media. We headed to the shop first thing this month to check out the March offerings, and let’s just say, they’re off to a strong start!

The special cookie this month is none other than The Sea Turtle Cookie, which is made with premium Chocolate, Homemade Caramel, and whole Candied Pecans sprinkled with Sea Salt for $7. We’ve seen this previously, and we are so happy it’s back, because this thing is incredible!

The caramel was gooey, and there was the perfect amount of it (which, to us, is A LOT), making it rich and creamy. The flavor of the candied pecans matches perfectly with the rest of the cookie, and the only way we can describe it is heavenly. We can’t recommend it enough, and are so happy it’ll be around for the whole month!

As for cold brew flavors, there will be different flavors each week! The first week of March was Gingersnap Cold Brew, which we grabbed for $6.50. We really enjoyed that the ginger wasn’t overly heavy in this one, and it almost gave us more of a Biscoff/cookie butter flavor rather than gingersnap, which, even though our reporter is a big gingersnap fan, they didn’t mind that! The coffee flavor wasn’t strong in this at all; we barely even tasted it, so that’s also something to keep in mind. We were big fans, but we know it may not be for everyone!

As for the remainder of the month, the coffee flavors will be as follows:

Week 2: Honey Cinnamon
Week 3: Mint Cookies & Cream
Week 4: Coconut Cream

Additionally, the Sea Turtle Cake slice will also be available every Wednesday and Saturday this month, AND the popular Hot Cocoa Cake is back every Sunday as well.
