Six Ravens, the NEW Gideon's Bakehouse Location, Is One Step Closer To Opening in Disney Springs

We still haven’t gotten over how excited we are about Gideon’s Bakehouse opening up a new restaurant at Disney Springs!

About a month ago, it was announced that Gideon’s was opening a new dining spot called Six Ravens. The new location will specialize in savory hand pies and is expected to open sometime in 2026. We’re excited to say that we have an official update on its progress, and we’re sharing it with you!

The First Raven LLC just filed a construction permit with the state of Florida, indicating that the company will be doing $5,000 or more in renovation work that requires government approval. The construction being done is for a renovation of the kitchen.

It’s exciting that work continues to be underway for the new dining spot. Once open, Six Ravens will be located in the Landing area of Disney Springs, just a couple of spots over from Gideon’s Bakehouse. The building was previously occupied by the Art of Shaving.

While most spots in Disney Springs do not have full, industrial kitchens due to the small space, they have smaller appliances to keep everything fresh and hot. Right now, we’re assuming they’ll share a main kitchen with Gideon’s Bakehouse, but warm up their own items in-house. This kitchen renovation permit could be to add sinks, fridges, ovens, and more.

Six Ravens has teased some of its menu to us already. They specialize inhand pies called Coffyns – a house-made yeast roll stuffed with fillings. The menu will also consist of smashed potatoes, local beer, and, of course, desserts. We aren’t sure what the full theming could look like, but it’s been described as dark and gothic.
