CONFIRMED: New Gideon's Bakehouse Location, Six Ravens, Coming to Disney Springs This Year

Today is Gideon’s Bakehouse’s 5th anniversary, and it’s been a special celebration to say the least. It started with some gifts in the morning, but the true gift came from the big announcement the bakehouse made today! Let’s take a look.

The anniversary started off at Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs, where they were giving out new limited-edition commemorative art prints to the first 1000 transactions of the day, for free. This new print features Gideon’s Morsels version of the Gargoyle and perfectly mimics the original Gargoyle print!

If you weren’t able to get your hands on the print, don’t worry, there’s an alternative option. Gideon’s is offering an alternative color version of the print, signed by Gideon’s art director, Michael Reyes. This one is available for purchase, and you have until Monday, January 19th, at 10 AM EST to place your order.

Alright, now let’s move on to the best part of the celebration. Gideon’s teased that they were dropping an announcement today for the anniversary celebration, but nothing could’ve prepared us for this! They dropped some HUGE news today about a new Gideon’s Bakehouse coming to Disney Springs!

Six Ravens will be opening later this year on The Landing at Disney Springs, according to the Orlando Sentinel. It will be a fast-casual celebration of the savory! Their goal is to open mid-year.

They will have all-new offerings like hand-pie-like sandwiches called coffyns and housemade yeast rolls with fillings that focus on local flavors. They mentioned working with another Disney Springs favorite, The Polite Pig.

The owner says, “My hope is that we can create little breadcrumbs for people that lead them into the Central Florida community. They might find a coffyn on the menu that takes them to a local restaurant they might not have explored.”
